Features:
The generators are at the heart of the ICEUPS technology. They are to be connected to an existing refrigeration system.
The reamer harvests the ice continuously. As the motion is slow and smooth it requires little maintenance.
The design is based on a static cylinder with few moving parts and no rotary seals.
The cylinder is fully insulated. This means that all the refrigeration is transferred directly to the water
Auto control
The operating systems use advanced computers to automatically control and reveal the whole ice making process which makes for easy and convenient operation. Errors cleaning system will detect the potential failure and make warning.
The machine will be running smoothly, hard to break and obviously it is very low maintenance as well.
Advantage of flake ice
Faster cooling, with larger surface area and rapid melting, flake ice providing greater cooling efficiency than any other types of ice, such as tube, plate, shell or crushed. ICEUPS flake ice is completely dry, so it will not rapidly fuse together in a low-temperature storage bin or clog screw conveyors or pneumatic delivery systems.
